HOW TO REGISTER TO THE NATURAID

There are only 100 places for the First Edition of Naturaid Trentino and to register you find all the information on the web-site www.naturaid.com.

Fee:
€ 270,00 (€ 540,00 for the couple) until January, 31^st
€ 300,00 (€ 600,00 for the couple) until May, 19^th
€ 350,00 (€ 700,00 for the couple) until June, 10^th
+ € 50,00 caution, that has to be given during the briefing, to eventually fetch the participants during the race   

Caution is given back, when the participant finish the Naturaid and when, in case of withdrawal, the participant reach by him/herself the starting point.

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:
- Dinner and overnight in a gym room (bring a sleeping bag and mat with you, you must not sleep in the gym room) and dinner on Thursday;
- breakfast on Friday at 4 a.m.;
- 2 overnights in a refugee at 2000 m + meal;
- meal at the end of the race;
- 1,5 L water at the Check Points;
- safety service, first aid and 4 doctors;
- goody bag, including jersey and Naturaid gadget;
- participant fetch during the race;

THE REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- meals and overnight extra;
- extras in the refugees;
- everything else not included in “the registration fee includes”;

Remember to bring with you the agonistic card of your club or the sport medical certificate to show the organization during the race

L'iscrizione è valida solamente se verrà accompagnata dalla prova del bonifico effettuato inviando per email (va bene anche la foto) della ricevuta del versamento
all'indirizzo ISCRIZIONINATURAID@GMAIL.COM

Non si deve includere la cauzione di 50 euro nel bonifico, verrà richiesta e tenuta in deposito alle verifiche e sarà utilizzata in caso di recupero del concorrente in difficoltà lungo il percorso. Mentre chi si ritirerà e arriverà per conto proprio al luogo della Partenza-Arrivo, vedrà restituita questa cauzione.

Dichiaro di conoscere e rispettare il regolamento della manifestazione e le normative FCI vigenti, di aver compiuto 18 anni se agonista ed escursionista entro il giorno del NATURAID.
So che non posso iscrivermi alla manifestazione se non idoneo fisicamente ed adeguatamente preparato sia sotto l’aspetto fisico che psicologico.
Mi iscrivo volontariamente e mi assumo tutti i rischi derivanti dalla mia partecipazione all’evento: sentieri con passaggi esposti e molto pendenti con fondo sassoso che possono provocare cadute, contatti con veicoli, con altri partecipanti, con spettatori, animali od altro, incluso freddo e caldo estremo e temporali improvvisi, traffico e condizioni della strada e fuoristrada che possono e sono impegnative e pericolosissime con possibilità di frane improvvise, smottamenti, alluvioni.
Essendo a conoscenza di quanto sopra, considerando l’accettazione della mia iscrizione, io, per mio conto e nell’interesse di nessun altro, sollevo il comitato organizzatore del NATURAID, gli enti promotori, tutti gli sponsor e patrocinatori dell’evento, di tutti i presenti e futuri reclami o responsabilità di ogni tipo, conosciuti o sconosciuti.
Se non sono tesserato sono a conoscenza del fatto che non potrò partecipare falsificando documenti.
Autorizzo la direzione del NATURAID ad utilizzare i miei dati personali unicamente o per finalità connesse all’invio e alla gestione di notizie relative alle manifestazioni da lei organizzate.
La società organizzatrice garantisce che su semplice richiesta questi dati potranno essere retificati o cancellati.

I declare of knowing and following the rules of Naturaid and the regulations of FCI. I have turned 18 years old before the beginning of Naturaid.
I know that I could not participate to the competition if I do not feel me in good conditions and not adequately physically and psychologically prepared.
I will participate under my responsibility and I take upon myself all the risks related to the participation on the event: falls, contacts against vehicles or other participants or spectators and other, included cold and extreme heat and/or damp, traffic and conditions of the road.
Considering all of what mentioned above, and considering the acceptance of my registration, and in the interest of no other, I free the organising committee of NATURAID, the sponsors and financiers of the event, from any presents and future claims or responsibility of any category, known or unknown.
If not inscribed, I know that I can not participate to the event using false documents.
I authorize the direction of NATURAID to use my personal data only for purposes connected to its activity. The direction of NATURAID guarantees that these data will be modified or cancelled, under request.
